When do I receive my QR pass?+
Your entry QR is generated and delivered on WhatsApp and email 1 day before the event night it is valid for. If you buy after that, you get your QR immediately on payment.
Can I buy passes for a group?+
Yes — buy 1 to 20 passes in a single checkout. You get one booking reference (like a flight PNR), and every attendee gets their own individual QR.
Do I need to enter every attendee’s name?+
Yes, one name per pass is required at checkout. Names can be edited from your profile until QR generation, after which they lock.
What happens if my QR is scanned twice?+
Each QR is valid for exactly one entry per event day. A second scan is rejected instantly and shown to gate staff as a duplicate, with the time and gate of the original scan.
Do I need to create an account?+
You verify your mobile number with an OTP as part of checkout — there’s no separate signup or password. This is what lets us guarantee your QR reaches the right WhatsApp number.
